UNC Health in Eden, NC seeks a part-time Medical Records Clerk to process, file and retrieve patient documents, ensuring accurate indexing and timely delivery. You will support scanning, indexing and release of information while maintaining a compliant electronic health record system.
Responsibilities include concurrent scanning, auditing records, timely delivery for requests, and collaboration with care teams to ensure chart completeness across bedded and outpatient services.
