Job summary

A server role at Hilton San Francisco Financial District managed by Aimbridge-Hospitality seeks a friendly, energetic team member to deliver outstanding guest service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate service from the dining room to the table, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will guide guests through the menu, support accurate order fulfillment, handle payments, and maintain a fast-paced, hospitable environment within the hotel’s on-site restaurant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and coworker interactions.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take accurate orders to ensure memorable dining moments.
• Know the menu inside and out to guide guests on ingredients, dietary needs, and daily specials.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping service smooth and the dining area clean.
• Handle transactions accurately and close checks following company and security protocols.
• Keep the service area spotless and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Maintain energy and stamina on your feet throughout shifts.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

It features an on-site restaurant and bar and an award‑winning concierge service. A coffee machine and a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV is included all of the air‑conditioned rooms at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Each room is furnished with a large work desk and an ergonomic desk chair.
