Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Hilton San Francisco Financial District is seeking a friendly Server to join the dining team. As a Server, you’ll greet guests, take orders, serve meals, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience while following our playbook and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure needs are met from start to finish.
• Menu Mastery: know ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and service guidelines to guide guests.
• Accuracy: deliver food and drinks quickly with attention to detail.
• Table Management: juggle multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and orderly.
• Payment Handling: process transactions and follow all security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area as per regulations.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Each room is furnished with a large work desk and an ergonomic desk chair.
