National Convenience Distributors is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Massachusetts. The role involves operating a stand-up reach truck (Hilo), forklift, and pallet jack to load, unload, and move goods safely.

Candidates should have related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under varying temperatures. We offer strong benefits and a supportive, team-driven environment.

Competenze

• Regularly stand on a powered industrial truck.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain balance and proper body position for safe operation.
• Demonstrate good eye-hand-foot coordination and depth perception.
• Assess weights and judge distances/heights.
• Work in varying temperatures depending on season.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required.
• Experience with operating equipment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Load and unload goods.
• Move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays per inventory control instructions.
• Check loads are secure and stack empty pallets.
• Perform daily equipment checks (battery recharge, lubrication).
• Remove machine attachments and waste material as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
