Job summary

WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Michigan warehouse with a Monday–Friday schedule, 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM. You will load, unload, transport, and stage materials, assist with shipping/receiving, and ensure accurate product handling.

Qualifications include sit-down forklift experience (required) or stand-up forklift experience (training provided), strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Stand-up forklift experience is accepted; training provided as needed.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate HiLo (forklift) equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
• Ensure accurate handling and organization of products.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to support daily operations.
