Job summary

WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Hilo Operator in Grand Rapids for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. You will operate forklift equipment to move materials, load and unload, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Candidates must have sit-down forklift experience; stand-up is also accepted. You will perform daily equipment inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow all safety procedures while communicating with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Stand up forklift experience is also accepted.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory related tasks.
