Job summary

Kelly Services in Comstock Park, MI is seeking a Materials Associate (HiLo) to execute operations processing and prepare orders for engineered wood, structural components and other building materials. The role involves inside and outside work areas, precise handling, and teamwork to meet clear objectives.

You will use forklifts and other equipment, follow order details, support warehouse organization, measure materials, and work overtime if needed. Physical lifting up to 60 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• HiLo experience is required.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
• Ability to lift 20–60 lbs. throughout the day.
• Comfortable with repetitive routines and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize, load, and unload building materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Accurately follow order details and schedules.
• Support warehouse and yard organization.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare orders.
• Use inventory systems to check stock.
• Calculate material measurements.
