Job summary

Stanly County Schools East Albemarle Elementary School in Albemarle, NC is seeking a HillRAP Tutor. This position is part-time and temporary, with tutoring during the school day and a dedicated coach for mentorship.

Training on the Hill Reading Achievement Program is provided, and content is web-based. Responsibilities include one-on-one or small group sessions, progress reporting, and collaboration with teachers and Hill Learning Center staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older by start date.
• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions during school hours.
• Use HillRAP materials and data to monitor student progress.
• Communicate with school staff and Hill Learning Center teams.
• Maintain schedules and participate in required trainings.
