Stellantis EEAV is seeking a VHIL Systems and HW/Modelling Engineer to join the HIL Engineering team. The role focuses on development of Hardware-In-the-Loop systems, ECU interface definition, and harness development, interfacing with cross-functional teams.

You will benchmark HIL technologies, support validations, and manage lab vehicle integrations and commissioning in a fast-paced environment across global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Electronics/EE/CE from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in electrical/electronics, hardware, software or controls.
• Knowledge of ADAS and propulsion systems; experience with HIL bench commissioning.
• Experience with HIL systems and bench testing (CANalyzer/CANoe, ETAS/NI).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive Ethernet protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Develop HIL bench scope and alignment.
• Define ECU scope and device transmittal analyses across variants.
• Review vehicle system documentation (VFs, HWI, DBC, arXML).
• Develop modeling framework and Control Desk panels.
• Prepare HIL documentation (IOs, signal lists, wiring layout).
• Coordinate with EE lab and external suppliers for lab vehicle fabrication.
• Lead and perform lab vehicle and HIL simulation commissioning.
• Lead functional test checkouts prior to HIL delivery.
• Support propulsion system HIL integration and commissioning.
• Interface with cross-functional teams across NA/EU/SA to resolve issues.
