Responsibilities

• Define system boundaries and requirements for simulator IO instrumentation.
• Configure HIL platforms (e.g., dSPACE, NI) for ECU testing.
• Develop signal conditioning and interface circuits for HIL benches.
• Plan and execute commissioning activities for E&E modules.
• Validate simulator functionality and troubleshoot test benches.
• Develop automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, or MATLAB.
• Execute functional, regression, and fault injection tests.
• Analyze test results and report anomalies.
• Work with feature owners, software developers, and test engineers.
• Review electrical schematics and translate them into hardware requirements.
• Maintain documentation for test setups, procedures, and results.
