The position offers a competitive compensation range of $111,362.75 - $127,271.72 and includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation engineering.
• P.E. License in Pennsylvania is required.
• Strong proficiency in MicroStation Inroads with Bentley's OpenRoads Designer being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine 3D models and profiles for transportation projects.
• Mentor junior engineers in highway geometry and modeling software.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on comprehensive project plans.
• Prepare detailed drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct design reviews and quality control checks.
