The State of Utah is hiring full-time Utah Highway Patrol Troopers to safeguard citizens and enforce laws across the state. You will patrol highways, deter crime, investigate incidents, and provide professional service while maintaining equipment and reporting accurately. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• US citizen
• LPR status allowed for non-US citizens with condition and work authorization
• Must pass NPOST with 70% in each category and overall
• One-for-One salary credit may be given for prior law enforcement experience
• $5,000 training reimbursement for recent POST training
• $2,500 hiring bonus for prior law enforcement experience
• $2,500 signing bonus upon POST graduation/certification
