Qualifications

• One year of related work experience or equivalent.
• A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
• Attainment of a Class A CDL within six months of placement is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized heavy equipment for district work orders, sign repairs and installation.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as pothole patching, drainage work, curbs and basins, and pipe laying.
• Control traffic in work zones and flag traffic for crew safety.
• Assist with inclement weather operations and long or extended shifts as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
