Job description

Highway Equipment Operator
Current Pay Rate - $28.09/hour
Work Schedule - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm / Monday - Friday (Except for special, required assignments)

General Statement of Duties
Under general supervision, operates one or more types of highway motor equipment; performs related work as required

Qualifications/Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Thorough knowledge of traffic and safety rules and accident prevention practices; Skill in operation of highway motor equipment such as a bulldozer or grader under all types of weather conditions; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to make minor repairs and adjust highway equipment; dependability; good physical condition. Required certificates and licenses
Possession of a valid Ohio Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
