Dewberry is currently seeking a Highway Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Mt. Laurel, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to be part of a project team, performing roadway and highway design, utilize CADD software, and apply AASHTO, NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority and/or county design standards.

Salary Range

$18.75/hour - $29.75/hour. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.

Summer Intern Program

During the summer intern program, interns gain hands-on project experience, develop technical skills, and put their classroom knowledge into action. Our interns are assigned meaningful work and are given the opportunity to work on projects similar to what they would be engaging with as a full-time employee.
