Job summary

Nordstrom Williams is seeking a civil engineer to lead roadway design projects in Western New York. You will serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) on multiple projects and mentor top talent, working directly with leadership to grow a thriving operation in the region.

The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure QA/QC and cost estimation accuracy. A BS in Civil Engineering and NY PE (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• New York State PE or ability to obtain one required.
• EOR experience on roadway projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design including ADA, drainage, and complete streets.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) on multiple projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and project teams.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee QA/QC, specifications, and cost estimates.
