Job summary

K&W Electric, Inc. is hiring General Laborers for our highway division in Cedar Falls, IA. You will assist with installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses, and signage while supporting field crews.

No experience is required; pay is $21.57–$25.57 per hour with Class A CDL incentives. You’ll follow safety policies and build relationships with customers, employees, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses and signage.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and field crews.
• Work closely with field supervisors and follow safety policies.
