Join a safety-conscious, dependable crew that keeps roads safe and projects moving. You will work outdoors, operate trucks and equipment, set up traffic control, and assist in training entry-level workers while maintaining documentation and communicating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• General construction or traffic control experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work nights and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices per project specs and DOT standards.
• Lead or assist in overseeing temporary traffic control on active job sites.
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, and equipment (manual and automatic).
• Install, maintain, and repair traffic signs and other control devices.
• Complete daily documentation and quantity tracking.
• Communicate clearly with crew and supervisors.
• Train and guide entry-level crew members when needed.
