Job summary

K&W Electric, Inc. is hiring General Laborers for our highway division in Cedar Falls, IA. You will assist with installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses, and signage while supporting field crews.

No experience is required; pay is $21.57–$25.57 per hour with Class A CDL incentives. You’ll follow safety policies and build relationships with customers, employees, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful drug and background screenings.

The Position

We are currently hiring General Laborers for our highway division at our Cedar Falls location. This position involves the installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses, and signage.

In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and other trades. Candidates must work closely with field supervisors, adapt to changing work environments, actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc.’s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of one’s self and of the Company.
