The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in highway design and project management, demonstrating successful delivery from preliminary design to construction support. This role emphasizes collaboration with NYSDOT and local agencies while offering a competitive salary and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive highway design and transportation project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing transportation projects from preliminary design through PS&E and construction support.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of highway transportation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and staffing for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
