Qualifications
7+ years of progressive highway design and transportation project management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing transportation projects from preliminary design through PS&E and construction support.
Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it.
Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, budget, and staffing for project execution.
