Job summary

HDR is looking for a Highway/Road EIT/Coordinator to join the Transportation group in North Dakota. You will work on detailed roadway designs, contribute to plans and estimates, and prepare technical reports for urban and rural projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering; those without an EIT may start as a Design Coordinator with an EIT plan for career advancement. HDR emphasizes an employee-owned culture and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects.
• Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates.
• Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
