• Highline dealership preferred.
• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries.
• Oversee warranty claims administration.
• Distribute work efficiently between technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle issues.
• Communicate repair timeline to customers.
• Follow-up progress with customers regarding repairs.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
