High-End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople

We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable selling high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents willing to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The typical agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
