High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling policies under $100/month
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not offer lead assist programs. We have competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
