High-End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
