High-End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Individuals who are not coachable and have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IULs (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies such as final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
