Qualificações

• Three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or clerical work involving finances.
• One (1) year of payroll preparation.
• Substitutions may include college coursework or related financial clerk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares biweekly regular, overtime and supplemental payrolls.
• Reviews time cards and timesheets for accuracy and posts hours worked to master payroll cards.
• Updates master payroll files with changes (new hires, transfers, reclassifications, terminations, etc.).
• Calculates gross wages and notes deductions on worksheets.
• Prepares and balances prelists for Central Payroll and codes forms with payroll systems.
• Prepares deduction worksheets and transmittal certificates; verifies check registers against records.
• Responds to employee inquiries regarding pay and payroll procedures.
