Job summary

Kendall Hunt Publishing Company invites Marketing Interns for our Higher Education division to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital content creation, social media, and campaign development at our Dubuque home office.

This internship welcomes students pursuing Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related fields. We offer flexible scheduling, paid internship, and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a collaborative marketing team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• No previous marketing experience required.
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing initiatives and projects with the Higher Education team.
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other channels.
• Help plan and execute campaigns to promote publications, authors, and products.
• Support social media efforts: brainstorming, scheduling, engagement.
• Assist with basic graphic design and video content creation.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify opportunities.
• Organize marketing contact lists, campaign data, and assets.
• Assist with tracking campaign performance and analyzing results.
