This role supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations while promoting Lasallian values in daily practices.

Relocation assistance to Winona, MN is available. The position emphasizes policy development, training, and data-driven HR service delivery in a diverse university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business with an HR concentration; or Master in HR.
• Office experience preferred.
• No HR experience required if education meets criteria.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Lasallian Catholic values into HR policies and practices.
• Foster growth, diversity, and inclusivity through policy development.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Coordinate recruitment by posting openings and coordinating interviews.
• Onboard new employees and complete orientation and paperwork.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management and goal setting processes.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training and development needs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data privacy.
