Job summary
Thomas & Hutton is seeking a Higher Education Market Sector Leader to guide campus planning, infrastructure, and site development projects across the Southeast. You will partner with colleges and universities and lead the sector's growth with senior-level client service.
The role requires PLA/RLA licensure, a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or planning, and 10+ years in consulting or higher education work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or a related field.
- PLA/RLA license required.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or higher education-related work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and development of Thomas & Hutton's Higher Education Market Sector across the Southeast.
- Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, campus planners, facilities leaders, and higher education stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities with higher education institutions.
- Lead proposal development, pursuit strategies, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout campus planning, design, and implementation efforts.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver campus planning, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects.
