The role requires a PLA/RLA license and 10+ years in consulting, project management, or higher education work. Strong leadership and relationship skills are essential, with travel across the Southeast.

• Ability to lead pursuits and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the Higher Education Market Sector in the Southeast.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and campus leaders.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with higher education institutions.
• Lead proposals, Pursuit strategies, presentations, and negotiations.
• Serve as advisor on campus planning, design, and implementation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions.
