Job summary

Unitek EMT is seeking a Site Operations & Simulation Lab Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations at the Trinity Hospital Partner Site in Ann Arbor, MI. The role ensures seamless delivery of hands-on educational experiences, with strong collaboration with faculty and staff to keep labs prepared and functional.

Responsibilities include coordinating labs and simulations, assisting with equipment setup, and managing room readiness, schedules, and inventories to support OSCEs and competency

Qualifications

• Associate degree or demonstrated transferable experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, education, operations, or related field).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of simulation-based education or healthcare training environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery and coordinate daily site activities.
• Prepare simulation labs, classrooms, and learning environments for scheduled activities and assist with setup of simulations.
• Provide hands-on operational support during labs, simulations, skills practice, and assessments as directed by faculty.
• Coordinate logistical planning for student orientations, graduations, and campus events and ensure equipment readiness.
• Support assessments, testing, proctoring, and the management of a proctor pool as cohort sizes dictate.
