• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of related work experience
• 5 years of experience using BANNER student module for registrar functions
• 3 years of experience managing the CHECS and TCHECS system
• 3 years of experience processing withdrawals in Banner
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Ability to work as part of a statewide higher education community

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational functions under Student Affairs, College Services initiative
• Responsible for withdrawals processing and HOPE scholarship evaluations
• Provide support in veteran affairs, financial aid, admissions, risk reviews and other college services initiatives
• Validate and accurately enter all student withdrawal information
• Review and resolve all errors in the CHECS system
