Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a detail-oriented fund management administrator to guide student governments in budgeting, grant administration, and compliance within higher education. You will audit funding requests, coordinate with student organizations, optimize application processes, oversee purchasing practices, and represent finance at student activities meetings.

A bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge or education of administering financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guides and advises Student Governments on fund management and compliance.
• Manages awards and allocation processes, ensuring policy compliance.
• Performs audits related to funding requests and coordinates with student organizations.
• Collaborates with student governments to update and revise application processes for efficiency.
• Guides and executes purchasing practices for student government areas.
• Attends student activities team meetings as fiscal representation.
