Job summary

Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and administer the College’s financial systems, including Jenzabar J1/JFA, PowerFAIDS, ADP, and related integrations. You will work with the Student Financial Services office and campus partners to ensure systems meet regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience supporting financial systems, preferably in higher education.
• Experience with PowerFAIDS and/or Jenzabar J1, JFA, or comparable ERP and financial aid systems.
• Experience with ADP or other payroll/HRIS platforms and data integrations.
• Ability to work with diverse constituents and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to Chestnut Hill College mission and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer the College’s financial systems, including Jenzabar J1, JFA, PowerFAIDS, and ADP.
• Collaborate with Student Financial Services and campus partners to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop data analyses and system integrations to enable efficient, accurate financial services.
• Document policies and procedures, and support data security and compliance.
