• Qualifications & Screening: Requires a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months. All candidates must pass a standard DOT physical, urine screen, and a hair follicle drug test. Bring two weeks' worth of supplies to orientation. Patience, strong customer service, physical stamina for live unloads, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
• The Financials: Average a massive $1,900 weekly, pulling in $88,000 to $98,000+ annually. Your all-in pay structure hits around $1.35 (combining experience-based CPM tiers from $0.81 up to $0.84, plus $335 per full trailer unload, $25 per stop, and $50 per backhaul).
• Sign-On & Training Bonus: Collect a $2,500 total sign-on bonus ($500 on load 1, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60, 90, 120, and 150 days, and $500 at 180 days). Orientation features a 1-week ride-along paid at $150/day.
