High-Paying Dedicated CDL-A Route – Front Royal, VA

Step into a high-earning dedicated retail account operating out of Front Royal, VA, covering regional lanes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within a 700-mile radius). Pull an average of 1,100 miles weekly across at least 3 loads, and get back home weekly for your 34-hour reset.

• The Work & Requirements: Handle 100% touch freight consisting of box-by-box driver unloads using rollers (1–6 stops per trailer). Candidates must have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months, and successfully pass a standard DOT physical, urine drug screen, and a hair follicle drug test. Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation. Patience, strong customer service skills, and open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays are required (double endorsement preferred but not required).


• The Paycheck: Average $1,750 weekly , putting you on track to clear $89,000 annually (with top performers banking $2,000+ every week ). Your all-in pay rate hits up to $1.44 per mile , combining experience-based CPM ($0.77 to $0.80 for 36+ mos) with heavy accessorials: $265 per full trailer unload , $15 per stop, a $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads , and $35 per backhaul.


• Sign-On & Training: Pocket a $2,500 total sign-on bonus ($250 on load 1; $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at day 90; and $750 at day 180). Paid training includes a 1-week ride-along with an established driver at $150/day.
