Weekly Home Time 100% Touch Freight $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Looking for a high-paying dedicated regional account with a solid weekly minimum and consistent freight? This dedicated position offers elite annual earnings, paid onboarding, and guaranteed weekly home time. If you have the physical stamina for live unloads and want to maximize your revenue with strong accessorial pay, this fleet has a seat open for you.

Pay & Earnings

• Annual Earnings: Highly competitive $88,000 to $98,000+ annually.
• Weekly Protection: $1,700 True Up pay minimum (kicks in after training) provided you maintain full weekly availability, have no service issues, and take no time off.
• All-In Average: $1.40 per mile when factoring in base CPM + accessorial pay + stop pay.
• Unload Premium: $245 flat for a full trailer unload.
• Accessorial Incentives: $25 per stop, plus $50 per backhaul.

What You'll Run & Equipment

• Account Footprint: Dedicated regional operation domiciled out of Morehead, KY.
• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset.
• Freight Handling: 100% touch freight. Live store unloads utilizing a rolling gravity conveyor system.
• Weekly Consistency: Average 1,200 to 1,500 miles per week, completing 3 loads weekly. Trailers feature 3 to 7 stops per load.
• Running Area: Servicing 11 states: AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
• Tractors Provided: Premium late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths.

Schedule & Paid Training

• Daily Routine: Early AM start times with deliveries running throughout the day.
• Availability: Must be able to work nights andweekends within your assigned workweek.
• Paid Field Training: 1 week of paid ride-along training following an experienced account driver after orientation, compensated at a flat $150/day.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Solo position).
• Must demonstrate the physical ability required to perform live trailer unloads box-by-box.
• At least 3 months of experience in the last 36 months.
• Patience and strong customer service skills are essential for this high-visibility role.
• Orientation Prep: Drivers must bring 2 weeks' worth of personal supplies to the designated orientation site (Tunnel Hill or Springfield).
• Clean MVR & background check.
• NOT SAP FRIENDLY

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout

• First Load: $500
• 30 Days: $500 (Drivers must be actively employed on the company payroll on each payout date to receive the bonus).
