High-Volume Regional CDL-A Opportunity – Front Royal Terminal

Take charge of a high-volume dedicated regional account dispatching out of Front Royal, delivering across a multi-state footprint including VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within 700 miles). Maintain a consistent schedule averaging 1,100 miles per week across a minimum of 3 loads, ensuring weekly home time for your 34-hour reset.

• Compensation & Bonuses: Gross an average of $1,720 weekly ($89,440 annualized minimum), with peak performers clearing $1,960+ weekly ($101,920 top potential). Total all-in pay hits up to $1.41 per mile, structured around experience-driven CPM ($0.75 to $0.78) plus accessorial stacks: $255 per trailer unload, $15 per stop, a $120 weekly volume bonus, and $32 per backhaul. Unlock a $2,500 sign-on bonus distributed across structured milestones ($250 on load 1; $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at 90 days; and $750 at 180 days).
• Driver Qualifications: Requires 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience within the past year and a maximum of 2 jobs over the last 12 months. Mandatory screening includes a DOT physical, urine drug screen, and hair follicle drug test. Pack two weeks of gear for orientation. Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential; double endorsements are a plus.
