JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate in its High Yield Credit Sales team in New York. You will cover Real Money and Hedge Fund clients, focusing on Primary Issuance, Secondary flow, and alternative credit products.

You will collaborate across trading, research, syndicate, and other functions to deliver exceptional service, generate trade ideas, and provide market commentary. The role offers the opportunity to broaden product bandwidth for clients and differentiate the business through proactive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in credit sales or related field.
• Finance degree or relevant equivalent required.
• Spread product experience strongly preferred.
• Experience balancing internal and external stakeholder interests.
• Genuine interest in markets and client engagement.
• Ability to understand complex topics and explain them clearly to clients.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in client interactions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover Real Money and Hedge Fund clients for HY products (primary issuance and secondary flow).
• Collaborate with trading, research, and syndicate to service clients.
• Back-up accounts within the HY sales coverage team as needed.
• Generate trade ideas and market commentary to differentiate the team.
• Broaden clients' product bandwidth toward alternative credit (infrastructure, receivables, illiquids).
