Job summary

Amazon is seeking a non-exempt Staffing Administrator to support the Workforce Staffing (WFS) team in Texas. You will help coordinate New Hiring Events (NHE), process candidates, and assist with onboarding and administrative tasks.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, travel within the node, and a strong focus on candidate experience. Strong organizational skills and basic data-entry ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma is required.
• Experience with data entry and data-driven reporting processes.
• Experience using Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Kronos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections.
• Support candidate activity and ensure electronic paperwork is completed on time.
• Provide follow-up to candidates on recruiting status by phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and report candidate status.
• Attend events such as job fairs and community events.
• Assist onboarding and departures of employees and other recruiting tasks.
