Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a talented Cook for a Skilled Nursing Facility in North Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on high-quality meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following standardized recipes and presenting dishes attractively.

You will assist with inventory, recipe development, and coordination with the Dietary Manager. Weekend coverage and event support are required in this caring, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: Plate and garnish all cooked items expertly to ensure an attractive menu presentation.
• Leadership Support: Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: Manage inventory, handle stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
