• At least 12 months serving experience in a full‑service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptable, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service.
• Orchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standards.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Share menu knowledge and answer questions about food allergies and ingredients.
• Guide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating wine knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for order accuracy and timely service.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and card transactions.
