Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is reopening Que Bueno in Denver and seeks a full-time Server who thrives in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. You will deliver quality beverages and table service while keeping a clean workspace and collaborating with the team to ensure every guest leaves happy.

We are looking for energetic, dependable individuals with experience as servers or bartenders in high-volume settings. The position starts in late November with pay of $16.27 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Strong, experienced servers/bartenders with a commitment to teamwork and open communication.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.
• Prior experience as server and bartender in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system in a timely fashion.
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests.
• Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks, offering appetizers or desserts, and checking in regularly during meals.
• Make drinks for the restaurant and take orders from guests sitting at the bar.
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining room: Pre-bus tables, wipe tables, counters, and chairs, sweep the dining area, and restock items around the restaurant as needed.
• Stock all products needed during and at the end of the shift to ensure the next shift is set for success.
• Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and service.
