Job summary

Whataburger in Port Isabel, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume venue with a focus on great food, service, and teamwork. You will rotate through Customer, Quality, and People AORs, building leadership skills and preparing for future opportunities.

You will lead daily operations, coach and develop Family Members, drive sales and safety, and partner with the Operating Partner to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain it during training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards at Whataburger.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards across all shifts.
