Job summary

Denny’s, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at a franchised location in Benson, AZ.

You will direct front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, cost control, and enforcing health and safety guidelines while building relationships with the community and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Lead assigned shifts and ensure proper deployment during peak periods.
• Maintain speed of service, food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and retain team members.
