Buffalo Wild Wings in Indiana is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a busy, recently remodeled restaurant. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage operations end-to-end, and mentor a high-energy team to deliver top performance.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, food safety, inventory, and financials while maintaining a strong culture and guest experience in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant GM experience.
• Experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• ServeSafe certification required.
• Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.
