Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Texas is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a performance-driven team. You will manage financial controls, staffing, training, and coaching to deliver exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ RGM experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening, including criminal and driving record.
• HS diploma or equivalent and possess documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, results orientation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of staff and team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
