Job summary

Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in EMS and Respiratory Markets. The Business Process Optimization Analyst will drive enterprise-wide transformation by owning end-to-end processes, standardizing governance, and delivering continuous improvement across the organization to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

This role requires collaboration across departments, governance participation, and a focus on data integrity, scalability, and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, continuous improvement, project management, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business processes and process improvement efforts preferred.
  • Familiarity with process mapping methodologies, automation technologies, workflow tools, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functional boundaries and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Experience with process governance frameworks, RACI models, or operating models preferred.
  • Understanding of end-to-end process ownership and its impact on organizational performance preferred.
  • Prior involvement in technology-enabled transformation projects, including AI, automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting process documentation, business requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of end-to-end (E2E) process improvement roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Create and maintain a process vision that supports organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement process standards across functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Manage process-related policies and monitor compliance across departments.
  • Identify, prioritize, and support process improvement projects and investments.
  • Define and manage process master data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance.
  • Provide governance and prioritization for application enhancements, upgrades, and process-related technology initiatives.
  • Support testing strategies and execution to validate process and system changes.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-functional challenges.
  • Contribute to automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in governance councils, working groups, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on process performance metrics, compliance, risks, and improvement outcomes.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives across the organization.
  • Document current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.

Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management.

Summary

The Business Process Optimization Analyst will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by serving as a business process owner focused on improving and optimizing end-to-end (E2E) business processes. This role will drive process excellence, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across organizational boundaries to enhance operational effectiveness and support strategic business objectives.

This role is instrumental in breaking down functional silos and enabling cohesive, technology-driven process transformation. By owning and optimizing core business processes, the analyst helps improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Their work directly supports strategic goals by enhancing scalability, compliance, and customer experience across the enterprise.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
