Lead brand standards, coach a leadership team, and manage the P&L including labor and food costs in a fast-paced environment. McDonald’s experience is a must, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the expanding organization.

• Hands-on leadership with strong operational focus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Solid financial acumen with cost management experience.
• High energy, accountability, and strong communication.
• McDonald’s experience is a must.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Drive execution of brand standards (quality, service, cleanliness)
• Manage and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction)
• Coach, develop, and build a strong leadership team
• Own full P&L including labor, food cost, and controllables
• Maintain food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns
